Time to Make Impact

God has given man that portion of Eternity called TIME; the space in which all the operations of nature, of animals, and intellectual beings are carried out.  King Solomon recognized this and affirmed “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”.

Acknowledging heaven’s timing and willingness to follow this time line is essential to fulfilling our purpose on earth. Joseph, Esther and Jesus are examples of young people in Bible stories who acknowledged and maximized God’s program for their live against all odds. For instance, the events and prophesies in the Old Testament that expressly foretold the coming of Baby Jesus and his purpose on earth got the devil of his toes. I once observed, it is most likely Jesus never had an age mate in the whole of Bethlehem, his place of birth, as the devil mobilized Herod to pass a degree to kill all children two years and below just to get at him. However, from the Manger to Golgotha Jesus tenaciously followed the divine course for his life. (Php 2:5-10)
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus; seeking to know, resolute to follow God’s purpose for your life. Only then will you not pass through life like the proverbial snake that crawls on the rock without a print. Men and women who left lasting prints on the sand of time (From Mother Sarah to Mother Mary to Mother Teresa, from Father Abraham to Abraham Lincoln to Nelson Mandela) were people who traced and treaded the route of purpose.  Reading about these great Biblical and Contemporary biographies should only stir us to live our lives to the fullest.
Expectations are mounting! The Bible points two of these expectations, firstly from Creatures (Rom 8:19) and the secondly from Cloud of witnesses (Heb. 12:1). Creature to mean the world we live in and Cloud of witness to mean the soul of the departed saints. I see Apostle Paul graphically illustrating the latter with an Olympic track event where spectators hail and applaud us as we run the race of life, jumping and jacking to see us make it to the finished line. We cannot afford to fail, you are too loaded to be eroded by the water and waive the devil bring your path. It is high time we started to fulfill purpose; it is time to make impact.
Making impact on the world is not an easy task, nor is it inherently impossible. It can start out as a simple gesture and end up as a worldwide movement. The key is perseverance, and that may prove to be the hardest task. The following are tips on making a lasting impact on the world.
Find something that moves you. Whether an issue that rubs you the wrong way or creating solution to a problem that no one else notice. You and only you have that solution at that point in time and you should make it your time to shine.
Ask yourself as many questions as you can about what moves you. Before you take on insurmountable task of making a ‘lasting impact’, you have to figure out what make this issue important to you; if it for Wealth, rethink it. Those who make impact never put money first, because when money comes first murmuring following closing behind and morning eventually arrives!
Become an expert in your solution and issue of interest. Don’t try to cut corners and simply post an answer; for the world to accept anything, you have to formulate an augment based upon logic and observation.
Organize, organize, and organize. Not only your efforts but your thought, people and going to tear at your idea right and left to prove you are not worth your weight. Stay ahead of them and keep matching forward with your efforts as you pick through their augments. Naysayers are only going to strengthen your effort, don’t work backwards against your effort.
Stay determined. As humans we are full of self-doubt because we are scared of what we can accomplish. Think of people who have done something great before you, and live vicariously through their footstep. However don’t be their echo.
Keep your voice loud and steady. This way, nobody will deny that your ideas aren’t merely the figment of a passive mind.
Lastly, believe in yourself and pave your own path, the actions you take today not only impact you, they influence generations. Every matter matters for eternity. Only until you have succeeded will you truly make a lasting impact on the world. Be proud of where you have come from. And what your ideas have stemmed from. Never stop pressing, your time to make impact starts now! Verses for Reflection Jer. 29:11 & 2Pet. 1:3

You’re  Great-by-design!
